"Delicious tacos! Tacos are the one and only main, but at the same time the different choices are fantastic! The pulled pork with pineapple salsa was probably my favourite, tied with the prawn tacos. I was really excited to see chicken mole tacos on the menu, but they were a bit light on the mole although still very tasty. The beef ones were good as well, but they were my least favourite of the four I tried since they were a tad spicy for me! Plates come with two tacos £6 for a pair) but it is recommended to have two pairs £11) for a proper meal. The quality is high and the tacos are flavourful and delicious. Two tacos really won't be much more than a snack since they are so small, but then again four tacos certainly are filling. That said, four tacos with no sides and such feels a tad overpriced for £11, considering what you receive relative to other place for an £11 or £12 full dinner. The tacos are delicious and the place is endearing, though. It is also BYOB and you can purchase drinks at the corner shop so that is quite convenient, especially if coming for dinner. Although the Bodega is pint-sized, I really like the feel of the place and the intimate atmosphere. It is a great, trendy place to spice up Leith Walk, too!"

This is one of my favorite spots in Edinburgh. The food is delicious, and despite the small size of the restaurant, it adds to the fantastic atmosphere!

The restaurant provides excellent service and serves delicious food in an elegant manner. The ambiance is authentically Mexican, with lively music and attractive decor.

This tiny restaurant is an absolute treat! Food is fresh, simple and delicious we shared a few different tacos and struggled to finish them! It's BYOB too, which means it's super affordable. Just an all round lovely spot to eat! (Although I wish their bathroom wasn't quite so freezing!

I've been to Bodega a few times, as I live really close, and I've always enjoyed it very much. There is a good selection of tacos on the menu, plus a daily special, as well as various starters and sides. The Mexican soft drinks add a nice touch, and I love that it's BYOB as well. There are usually two different desserts, and despite it sounding a bit strange I have always gone for the avocado tart delicious!

The food, service, and cost were fantastic. We paid £25 and were served a variety of appetizers, such as tasty spicy chicken wings and black bean dip with tortillas. For our main course, we had a selection of tacos, among which the buffalo chicken with hot sauce, blue cheese, and celery was particularly delightful. We finished our meal with crispy churros and a rich chocolate sauce for dessert. The restaurant allows you to bring your own bottle without a corkage fee, and there is a Tesco just 2 minutes away. Overall, it was a great dining experience.

"new kapitel has caught my attention after I was on top ten on trip advisor only months after the opening in the oktober last year. that and the fact that it is open for my early january birthday, made it the perfect place to celebrate to become a little older. I was with the man and his family. the man is quite used to my taste and good to the kind of kitchen that would appeal to me for a special occasion; his family not so much and I was filled with shame as his mother scornful went through the menu trying to find something she would enjoy. I've eaten with the family of the man, and I know they enjoy eating, so I think it's a failure of the menu that it is not accessible. the benming always blooming and garnish can appeal to some, but for others it is overcomplicated and it is necessary to find a balance between the two. we start with the starters and I go for venison sour wort pithvier. the venison was underheated and incredibly dry, to the happiness the sourded a little moisturizing and so saved the whole dish, but the aromen were quite not clear, except the garnitur of plastered mushrooms I thoroughly enjoyed. for the largest part we chose a fish dish for our main,- sea trout, smoked muddles, petersilien and coast herbs. where the starter fell, the main recording is getting back. the dish is rich and creamy, and each element adds the complexity of the taste as a whole, without disturbing. the concept is now an old one, and it would be deceptive if it had not worked, as it would essentially pay with this place. I enjoyed my meal in new chapter, although I do not agree with it is stellar status under the hierarchy of edinburgh eateries. it is top ten position is just a flash in the pan of hot popularity, and in time it will be plated in the upper half of the middle stage where it belongs. and that is where it belongs, the dishes can be plated with a michelin star in understood, and the venue and the supporting media has the clean lines and empty slate look of fine but eat the team has a long gone to go if that is their real aim. at the end, although it was a beautiful meal, and cheap (at the moment I would not be surprised to see their prices slowly rise) and the man’s mother found something they enjoyed and that is the most important."
