Whilst Café Rouge may not be the finest dining restaurant, the York one is set in such a nice location. The food is okay but the service and atmosphere is always excellent.

The staff members were polite and welcoming, and despite the busy environment, the food was promptly served. The afternoon tea was delicious and reasonably priced.
