Typical Sicilian kitchen but developed to a new, much higher level. The black tagliatelle with mussels and quenelle was fantastic! All its fine tastes so well balanced. My second visit and I hope to return next time in Palermo.

Excellent restaurant, at a more than reasonable price. Recommended by our rental host. Our dishes, homemade and high quality, were simply incredible for less than €20. We have had great dinners Palermo and this place was very disappointing in comparison. The fish dish with sea bream was boring. We had a pasta with eggplant but there was no sign or taste of eggplant and the dish was not so great. The waiter recommended the cassata for dessert and the sponge cake in it seemed stale. We did like the caponata but 1 out of 4 dishes is a pretty low hit rate.

What a beautiful experience. The food was excellent. We shared Gnocchi for entree. It was really tasty, i wanted more, wife said no. I had the Pork with Cherry sauce……….wow, what a taste sensation. The desert was Cheese Cake, i would go again just for that. The owner offered advice about wine, he advised us on a cheaper wine which turned out to be very enjoyable. The staff and the owner looked after us like we were regulars.

This is a gem of restaurant located in a beautiful 16th century building on the edge of the old town in Palermo. The manager, chef and staff are simply amazing and do everything to make your meal the most special experience (with true Sicilian passion). The food is just out of this world, bursting with flavours and they will also help to pick a perfect wine for all the dishes. Absolutely delicious, not expensive and simply perfect !! The food I would describe as full of flavour and uncomplicated which was really good we were both really please with the different dishes my wife and I chose and shared their tastes as we usually do. There was a good wine list and the waiter/sommelier /owner described the wine we had chosen very well. The service was very friendly, personable and smiley absolutely at the pace of the guests which is what we wanted and would want in most restaurants. We booked because It had good write ups and it lived up to expectations.

recommended by my brother, I and consort have suppered in this beautiful restaurant (the only diminutive for size) near the marina square. we had a great time in every respect! from appetizers to dessert everything is perfect! the three brothers and sisters are born for this noble profession and immediately perceive the so much passion that they put us. in my modest opinion, it is the best place where I was in palermo where high quality served with joy, without that pompous, very provincial and unpleasant air, found in other restaurants. the portions are right and not minimal, I am a good fork!

in this place you are greeted with love, a friendly and impeccable service, and led to a modern culinary path, but closely linked to the traditions of typical Sicilian cuisine. all dishes are made with top quality products, beginning with bread and homemade fats. very good as appetizers the fried artichoke and the roasted tuma with anchovy; excellent among the first the norm and spaghetti garlic oil and chili with shrimps; in the seconds very pleasant and delicate the ombry and to finish with the desserts, we tasted cheesecake with cannol base and red fruit sauce. account absolutely proportional to the service offered. highly recommended!
