"I don’t like to leave bad reviews but tbh I’ve never been to places like this, where waitress just came to the table and ask if she could remove the plate. It is true that I just finished my dish, but it’s merely after 1 minute that I put down my chopsticks. At least let customers sit for a bit to let food digest? I know the restaurant is busy, but this is not a fast food place. It is a RESTAURANT. To be polite I didn’t ask to take out the service charge. But will never come again or recommend to my friend. Food actually tastes not bad. Especially crispy imperial roll. Thank you chef."

The food is amazing and one of the most authentic Vietnamese food I’ve tried in London so far.

What an amazing new experience, the bowls are extremely hot to cook the meat and vegetables, I thought it was very healthy and tasty!

Although the food is good, we have a few issues with service, but also irritating pricing surprises. One of which is the service charge, unannounced and quite high. View menu

Love this place, a bit pricey but it is central London. However, I'm not booking a table for lunch on a Tuesday that requires a credit card. Sorry.....food is good but not that good.

I went in yesterday as a walk-in, and sat on a shared table. The service was amazing and the staff were incredibly friendly. I ordered the original beef pho, and the vegetable spring rolls, which were both extremely delicious. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to my next visit! View menu

I had soft shell crab and a original beef pho with my family for fathers day. I would say the food is very good and authentic. The pho is different from normal. It is very rich but undersalted which actually made it refreshing and easy to finish. I usually like heavy flavored stuff with lots of salt and chilli but i didnt add anything. The soft shell crab could have been better as the batter was too thick and crispy while the middle was undercooked. Overall the price was just about worth it to try some good authentic pho.

I had a gathering with my friend last Christmas and came back a few weeks ago. Decent amount of food. They adjust the flavour a bit to suit more customers but it is still quite close to Vietnamese home-cooked meal. The space is quite small for such a popular branch. So chatting is pretty inconvenient, and the staff cannot take a good care of every table. All in all, recommended if you crave for good Vietnamese food, especially the soup. Although price is reasonable in the central London, you should be prepared for that and service fee.

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
