"We went for Sunday brunch. Had a few hours to kill before our train was due at Pars Gare de Nord. Would never have known about it unless we had googled top ten places to brunch in the area. Ideally need to book I believe, we were asked if we had but of course we hadn't but were accommodated on a long shared bench seat. Mostly locals I would say but all v friendly and the staff are great, run off their feet but great. The sunday brunch was 30Euros and for that there was a fresh salad buffet full of couscous, big slabs of cheese, potato salad, snails, all sorts and too many different dishes to mention. You were then served with a jug of cold pea soup, which was really creamy and refreshing served in the chilled glasses as we sat in the sun. To follow you were served a good sized mushroom omelette and a bowl of mussels in the most gorgeous sauce. To follow that you were served a veal stew full of potatoes carrots and the most tender veal, finally you helped yourself to the dessert station which had at least 10 different desserts, fresh fruit, tiramusu, cheesecake, carrot cake, biscuits etc Free bottles of tap water were on the bar to help yourself with glasses. All in all would not hesitate to go again, all the food was so fresh and tasty. Well done."
