"I ordered a chicken fillet box meal for myself. Comprised of chips, chicken fillet burger, chicken fillet and one side of my choice plus can of drink. I chose corn on cob and 7up. I also ordered one extra corn on cob and gravy..... Driver was as friendly as the gentleman taking the order! EXCEPT dude where's my gravy?? And why are you serving unripe corn cob? And at what dark shade of brown crisp do you consider chips cooked? I cannot fault the chicken, it was well cooked and moist. But will I use this place again NO. Not as bad as Tenessee chicken that's for sure"

Terrible quality. The owners should visit the Chicken Cottages in London to understand the benchmark. So much sauce was provided on top of the chicken and in the burger...completely unnecessary and didnt enhance the taste. View menu

disgusting food got the wrong order there was black in the chicken and is nothing like the other branches probably the worst one in the uk normally love chicken cottage this was disgusting and now im put off chicken cottage

Food was horrible, the chips seemed like they were reheated in the microwave also the chicken was dry and the wrap and the salad was was soggy it semmed like they finished the order and left it sitting in a plastic bag as it was all dry and soggy the best bit was the can of coke
