Pedimos un menu de más valor (creo que unos 26€) y crepes sueltos. Los crepes muy diferentes y con un gran sabor. La ensalada de pato muy bueno. El menú indicado para una persona sale lleno, ya que la ensalada inicial es abundante. Recomendable.

This is a really superrb restaurant. The owner is extremely welcoming and very amusing. The Presentation of the food is stunning, and the taste wonderful! You cannot go wrong whatever you order. If you are in Carcassonne you must pay a visit to Le Ble Noir. A word of warning though - Book to avoid disappointment! It is also within easy walking distance from wthe main square.
