"I went to this restaurant with my family for a coffee and lunch. We were seated quickly as it wasn't too crowded. We ordered food and coffee, and the menu looked promising. Our coffee arrived after 10 minutes, but we ended up waiting 1 1/2 hours and still didn't receive our food. We decided to cancel our order, pay for the coffee, and leave. It seemed like phone orders were prioritized over in-person customers, as a delivery driver came and went during our wait. As we were leaving, we heard the staff informing new customers to expect an hour wait. If we had known this beforehand, we would have gone somewhere else. The restaurant wasn't very busy, with more empty tables than occupied ones. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and I will not be returning."

The Thai chicken soup and toastie at this restaurant are freshly made and delicious. The service is friendly and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely return.

I ordered a salad roll with only lettuce and a slice of ham, no tomato, onion, or cucumber. It was terrible and when I tried to call to complain, no one answered the phone.

Been a few times for breakfast, good selection of vegan options which is the main reason we visit. Ketchup bottles could do with a good clean but other than that it's good food, reasonably priced and a nice friendly atmosphere.

Small cafe with lots of character and in summer outside tables. It's a daytime cafe but caters really well for people with food intolerance. We never manage to make it to a cake. Excellent baked potatoes, panini and love the chilli and rice. Not tried anything else. View menu

My Uncle and I stopped in here for lunch. We received a friendly welcome as soon as we walked through the door. Lots of choice on the menu, we went for French Toast with Bacon Syrup and the Mini Breakfast with a Mars Milkshake and Coffee. Everything was delicious. Thoroughly recommend visiting here. We love Malatso. It was one of the first places in Paisley to allow dogs and create a dog menu. The human food is varied and always fresh. It has a very friendly atmosphere and caters for vegetarians, vegans, gluten free diets, etc. There are student discounts and wifi available. The staff do a brilliant job even under pressure and really show care towards every customer. PS I'm not getting anything for making this review it's just that I find Malatso a very relaxibg place to be to eat nice food.

First time in Paisley in years and called in for lunch while nearby, after seeing a lot of 5 star reviews on g00gle maps. The deli was full but managed to get a table as someone was just leaving. We ordered lasagne and a club sandwich. Staff said it would take about 20 mins as they were very busy. The cafe is dog friendly and a couple of big dogs were in. Prices were very good value, obviously geared to the student population nearby. There is a good choice for vegans and vegetarians. The food came and looked nicely presented. Unfortunately the taste let both dishes down. The lasagne tasted like shop bought rather than home made and the club sandwich was bland. Can only rate as 3 stars. value...
