Never thought we'll find such a beautiful restaurant in Ellesmere port food was absolutely delicious, fresh vegetables, best meat cooked to perfection

Ordered take away last night and was so disappointed. The food was very poor. I used to love the food from here but will not order from them again. It is a shame as it used to be amazing.

I had a fantastic meal at this restaurant, as always. The staff were very polite, and the food was of excellent quality. It is definitely a must-visit for Chinese cuisine. In my opinion, it is the best Chinese restaurant around.

Great tasty food. Choice of banquets and they did do a teatime special menu. I ordered separately but banquets did appear to look nice. Huge plate of ribs for £9.99 Good value for money. Typical Chinese restaurant style some lovely pieces especially the Buddha. Toilets were dated but clean.

Great service and excellent food for a fair price. During a conversation with our waiter I mentioned it was my wife 's 75th birthday. At the end of our meal and to our surprise, they played a happy birthday song and then arrived with a large sorbet of ice cream within a glass. Thank you to all the staff of Eastern Delight.

Me and my girlfriend came here for one of our special traditions that we do once a year and we will definitely be back sooner rather than later. We first grabbed by the atmosphere the moment we walked in, loved the décor, gave a real authentic Chinese feel, a business led by a family. The dishes felt like they were served at home, a 10/10 experience recommended to anyone who loves Chinese cuisine.

My boyfriend and I felt every meal served was a 10/10 experience. Good value of money for their tea time special, considering my boyfriend is 6” tall and I’m just a big eater lol. Even with almost a full house, service was impeccable and quick. Food was amazing, loved the chicken and sweet corn soup, sweet and sour chicken, and banana fritters (for only £1 extra . The banana fritters reminded me of what I used to get a lot back in Malaysia, so it tasted like home

Went to get a meal at 5pm. We was told we have 90 minutes until we are kicked out at 6.30. I was literally rushed to pick what I wanted from the menu. The salt and pepper chicken wings tasted like Indian curry powder with literally no taste and the beef garlic and chilli which I asked for to be hot hot hot was bland. The rice was cold and the hot and sour soup was not upto the standard I'm used to. I do not no what the rave is about on the reviews I was literally livid I paid 30 pound for food I could cook better myself. Will not be returning. And the old man who was serving us thinks he's funny but I thought he was cheeky and the food was a joke so there 1 Star as was bitterly disappointed.

We found this place whilst searching for a Chinese whilst staying in Chester, we ordered the £22 banquet, the C&Sweetxorn soup was nice and the prawn toast was lovely on the starters my husband loved the ribs and the spring rolls to. The duck was amazing so tasty ! And then came the mains ….. I ordered salt and pepper king prawns wow they was delicious , my husband had special curry again gorgeous but best of all which my husband still can’t get over was the chips !! Yes the chips they were home cooked fresh chips and took my husband back to his childhood , he hasn’t had chips that good in 30 years a little nostalgia from grandmas chips : .
