"Once again, we decided to taste again the menu of the yechzo churro roasted on a slow fire in wood oven, as the canons send, and as not in the restaurant the filandon (Pinzales). Special menu on order of churro yech, diners on table; we start by the incoming, roasted pepper salad with morcilla of burgos and Iberian ham croquettes all outstanding, we continue with the roasted yarn in its clay casserole and its salad for each two diners. spectacular, tender, juicy, tasty...etc. all of this watered with a very surprising red wine, a logos ii reserve D.O navarra, which has nothing to envy to other shores, riojas and other beloved D.O. and as not also bottled water to support logistically that also enters the menu. Once again a very pleasant surprise more, de dessert a very appetizing and remarkable caramelized apple pie, handmade and homemade with apple ice cream, all with an insurmountable quality/price ratio, given the current prices of the IGP churro batch. In my opinion, it is a menu that currently has absolutely no one, that can compete with the filandon, not only for its price for each two diners; but for its excellent value for money. The firewood bread is fetent, but perhaps it would be convenient a slight touch of oven to serve at table."
