"The fish tacos they gave us were tasteless. We had to add a lot of lemon to make them taste like something. The dessert they gave us deserves a complaint: On a blackboard what they had on the wall writing the desserts without a price.... With that you already assume that it is the old silly deception to charge you the most for desserts. Well, despite that, we ordered a Tiramisu. But that didn 't even look like a Tiramisu!!!! Without mascarpone cheese or liquor, it didn 't taste like coffee either and the cake or cookie was invaluable. It looked like a glass of cloying cream. And, to top it off, on the dessert board they had put it as Traditional Tiramisu And, in addition, they charged it as if it were a gourmet dessert: €5 for that bad dessert!!!!! They passed... With a great location, right on the Melenara beach, the restaurant offers a menu of dishes from Canary Islands and Italian cuisine. The owner, a transalpine, very friendly, leads a team of local waiters who strive to provide good service. I have not eaten but I have seen the dishes from other tables and they look very good. We have come to drink something. Some snacks to alleviate the heat and coffee. The coffee I can say is very good. The terrace covered from the sun, delicious and the promenade of the bathing space, very lively. Ideal for eating and having a drink. We haven't gone back for many years because the last time we noticed a drop in quality. However, we arrived by chance on a Sunday and decided to go in, despite the fact that it appeared closed on Google (actually, the hours are different [photo] . We ordered pasta a la marinera and it had a lot of flavor, plus it was cooked to the point. We also ordered grilled squid which was very well done and easy to chew. The only drawback was the quality of the potatoes in the dish or perhaps the oil used in cooking. For dessert we ordered homemade cheesecake. It was a success as it was incredibly good. Friendly and familiar service, relaxing atmosphere on the beach with the sea breeze. And very natural, fresh, tasty, traditional food and surprising dessert, the best cheesecake I have ever tried. The rice was unbeatable with lots of seafood, the squid tasted fresh with the perfect batter (very crunchy) and was tender and barely chewed. The wrinkled potatoes with Canarian mojo were delicious, the rib had an unbeatable flavor and melted in your mouth, etc. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates good, natural and homemade food.
