Quiet, cozy place, near the Buesa Arena and the center of Vitoria. Cozy and comfortable restaurant, since its tables have a sufficient distance between them. We have been on vacation in the area and have eaten on several occasions. Very good and cheap daily menu. Weekend menu, something more expensive and spectacular, abundant and with very good taste in its presentation. Karla, is charming and always willing to serve you as best as possible and with pleasure. I send you a greeting. I'm Ayala Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

"To start with we enjoyed bread, patatas bravas and my husbands pork was delicious. The house red was very good too. Unfortunately my tuna cheek was dry, tough and I could not chew it, it was returned to the kitchen and they responded with its cooked correctly, my husband tasted it and said he normally loves tuna but wouldn’t be able to eat it. As we’d just arrived in the city after a long journey from Caceres I asked for it to be removed from the bill rather than choose something else. This is when the owner/manager insisted we pay in a very aggressive manner and we once again said it was inedible and it is not fair to pay for something that is impossible to eat. He offered a coffee as compensation but I don’t drink coffee. His response was to call the police, within 10 minutes 5 policeman arrived and we were informed that it is best to pay and then write to food standards, as we were leaving early the next morning we obviously couldn’t do this. See Tripadvisor review dated3rd May 2018 by BARR 66 whereby the customer had a similar experience and was not charged for his disappointing main. We’ve ate in many places in the world and have never experienced anything so distressing! We met a lovely young Spanish couple in Velvet bakery the next morning who happened to dine in SUKALKI the same evening as us confirmed that tuna should be served pink in order to retain its flavour and tenderness, they were very sympathetic to our situation."
