mistakes can always happen, but that an order of food should last longer than 2 hours and then will be canceled a few minutes before delivery without comment, is simply unreasonable. at least one excuse would be appropriate!

We have been there several times and have always been able to use the places outside directly on the Gendarmenmarkt. Service was always impeccable, fast, attentive and very friendly. The places outside are the best of the Gendarmenmarkt - unbeatable! Price/performance absolutely fine. You're welcome.
