"If you're looking to upgrade from Burger King, be prepared to bring your wallet to this restaurant. I was surprised to see that a basic burger, small fries, and milkshake for one person cost £20. While the food was tastier than BK and felt more like a diner meal, the price caught me off guard. If I had bought lunch for a family of four, it would have been even more expensive, especially when considering a trip to the neighboring Cinema or Rock Up climbing center. The decor and furniture seemed cheap and the ambience was lacking. The service was adequate but nothing special, and I was unsure why there was a tip jar at the order counter. Despite the high price, the milkshake was delicious and not overwhelming. I had heard great things about Five Guys, but the cost is making me hesitant to return."

For a burger and some chips it is expensive but the chips tasted great and fresh. Definitely filling and enjoyed the service. Only thing is the tables could be given a wipe down more often

here today for the first and last time. I was only with my daughter, so we had a burger, pommes and a milkshake. later this paper bag comes with all this food in it and it was a McDonald’s in the ground. So, um...say I was not happy to pay each for the venerable food is an understatement. they save time and money people and simply go to another burger chain that is much cheaper and equal size shares. The website needs updating. Not all options from the menu is on their webpage. I rung up which was advised they have a full menu and there is an option to make changes or add when ordering online. Which there is not for the whole...menu. The only good thing is you can actually order inside and that whats I ended up doing but that meant driving down there instead of ordering for delivery which is what we wanted to do.

Hi I visited one of your restaurants yesterday and cant believe the experience I had, rude staff on lobby, no social distance with the tables what so ever, no track trace, had to clean someone else's rubbish off the table, asked the lady to...sanitize the table she done one then asked if we wanted the other table sanitized, order came out wrong when we asked for them to rectify it she huff and puffed, this is the most terrible service I have ever had in my life terrible!!!!!
