The charging stations were removed and replaced by paid without us confirming the reservation by phone, and explicit request to inform. Just always nice and with great breakfast. Only small things were noticed: drain plugged, remote didn't work or sometimes. I found the room climate difficult. It was very hot despite minus degrees. Despite heating. Open windows. Then the road was very loud... But the staff is always wonderful. It was a nice stay.

Bar, restaurant and rooms have a very chic style. Breakfast is excellent, the selection at the bar also. However, the reception needs to be used where the customer stands and the receptionists sit. Also completely overwhelmed when many guests. It is also regrettable that the bartender gave me too little refund. I noticed that too late, and there was probably no way to balance it. 12€ tip for a drink too much. Too bad.

After an annoying train ride at -5 degrees I want to quickly enjoy my room and the shower. I spend a lot of work in hotels and ask myself every time the check-in takes forever and I have to provide my data even though they are already requested during the booking. Not in the FREIgeist.
