"The new owners are quite rude and have completely changed the atmosphere of what used to be my local favorite. Their personal issues seem to affect how they treat customers, including myself, creating an unpleasant environment. I've never done anything to deserve this kind of treatment, and I can count on one hand the number of times I've visited since the previous manager left over a year ago. If you’re looking for friendly bar staff and a warm, inviting pub to enjoy a drink, I would recommend steering clear of The Griffin."
