"Food was lovely, I had an original combo the chicken was lovely an juicy unlike the one in Loughton, the waitress was very friendly , pleasant and helpful . Only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that the rolls don't seem to be freshly baked anymore and I'm not keen on the rolls they have been swapped for. I would have preferred the ribs to have an option of sauces and a little more sauce on the ribs and a bit softer so they fall off the bone but that's my personal preference but they were still very nice would definitely visit here again if I had the opportunity"

Very friendly staff. Our server tonight was Tricia, she was so lovely, very helpful and managed to get our bill split so we could pay individually. Lovely food and service thank you

Had a lovely dinner out this evening with my family. We were difficult with our choices due to one fussy eater. Amy our server was wonderful and very helpful. Would come back again soon. X

A very nice place. Service is always very nice and friendly. The food is decent, bit pricy. I love the salad bar option, it gives you access to fresh veggies to graze while waiting on your food. The lunch menu is a good value with nice variety.

Standard menu, when ordering most things look and sound appetising. I ordered a mix grill option which ended up being quite basic taste wise. Steak was very chewy, unable to swallow meat. My wife who ordered the same left 75% of ber plate. Has deterred me from returning to Harvester again.

It was our first visit to a Harvester restaurant. Both the cod chips, as well as the burger were satisfying. Our daughter was very happy about the free salad bar, the fact that she could try different things made her happy. Th welcome staff was not friendly but our waiter was kind and caring.

First I was lucky to visit when it was pretty quiet. Sat down quickly. Absolutely brilliant service from Amy. Lunch including unlimited salad bar which was a bonus. Portions not bad at all and reasonable price. Have to mark slightly down for atmosphere as the carpets have seem much better days for sure!

The food and service was amazing! Also a big well done to the staff for remaining calm and professional when another table acted horribly and then left without paying. The manager handled it very well and still had a smile on her face when serving others. Our waitress Sasha was lovely and very helpful. X

I came with some friends for dinner, we liked the fixed menu prices and the free refills on soft drinks. The food was good and all arrived promptly. The service was excellent. Our server was Julia, she was friendly, attentive and answered our questions easily. She is a credit to the restaurant. We will definitely come back again.

"Absolutely average restaurant. Dirty bamboo table mats and super dirty windows, kinda sad to look out of them. Impatient service, who under 6 minutes 5 times came back trying to pressure me to take my order. I was confused as I thought it was a restaurant not a fast food place. Silly me who used to live in Japan though the menu is just like there, with pictures. How wrong I was...So getting my phone to have a look at their website, what kinda different that in the restaurant menu card one. When I tried to ask for reconditions, I didn't get any, she just straight away took the last what I asked. The steamed algae was very nice, but my noodle soup was a big surprise, as I have no idea what's roasted (burned) pepper and massive chunks of onions doing there? It's supposed to be sea food, but instead just some burned vegetables scared with frozen octopus, mussels and mini calamari rings poured up with chicken broth. So yeah, kinda disappointing. Drink wise I asked the waitress do they have any tonic water as it isn't listed on the menu card, she looked at me like I am a weirdo. I asked for Roku gin what is my favourite. On the receipt was counted as an extra pound because Japanese. Lol, no comment. Getting the drinks, from other restaurants you get the spirit on the rocks in the glass and front of you they pouring the mixer drink from the mini bottle. Here not, just straight away together as it comes. Oh and don't bother asking without lemon, because you are getting one either way. So Akasaka restaurant did not become my favourite one. Once and last. Easily can be forgotten. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4"
