"When we arrived at the restaurant, we were welcomed by an English woman at the counter. She rudely called out to Moiz and began bossing him around unfairly. I don't think this behavior is professional in front of customers. I also felt bad for Moiz because he was clearly trying his best, but it seemed like he was constantly being spoken to rudely by his two female coworkers. The desserts were average at best."

The Flat White and Dessert I ordered were absolutely fantastic. Service was on point and pleasant. The store was very cozy and looked pretty all lit up during Christmas time.

Honestly amazing every time we come here. 10 out of 10 amazing service. Great quality at an affordable price point. Would 100% recommend especially for a late night dessert shop. Will be back soon.

Excellent service and excellent menu choice for gluten free. Staff was very helpful in regards to my gluten allergy they went above and beyond. I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend for a lovely dessert and milkshake

The staff greeted us at the door and seated us right away,ask if we had any allergies the staff are so kind especially Damoy was so kind to us and welcoming I would 100% recommend to family’s and couples the cakes are very affordable and very filling ,

Nice food, not ridiculously priced but not overly special. Drink glasses served dirty but immediately noticed by waitress and taken back. Unfortunately the glasses served again were very hot and so it was best to drink straight from the bottle. But not a deal breaker. Large portions.

This is the bestest place I’ve ever been for desserts, the staff members, Damoy, was so kind and incredibly generous. He’s the nicest guy that has ever served me and my friend and he served me a birthday surprise which was amazing I loved it so much. This is an amazing place I really recommend it :

Arrived in the afternoon, and we were greeted by a blonde waitress. She sat us down and it was just me with my partner, nobody else but us. We were waiting for 30 mins to get our orders but no one came. While we were waiting, the waitress went out and started smoking. Forgot completely that she had clients, then went back in and began to chat with her colleagues. We got up and left. Absolutely ridiculous...
