"Ho Lin Wah is tucked inside a building complex on Kurfurstendamm. There is no actual store front on the main street as you have to walk in through a passage way to the entrance. We were looking for a place to eat on this late...Friday evening around 9:45. The restaurant was empty except for 4 other people. My spouse and I shared the following: Assorted meat and tofu hotpot 12,8) ingredients included imitation crab meat, chicken, beef, shrimp, scallops, BBQ pork, tofu, carrots, broccoli and about 2 Chinese mushrooms. Taste-wise okay. First time Ive seen imitation crab meat in a hotpot. Sweet and sour boneless pork 9,50) with green peppers, pineapple chunks and onions. The meat was not crispy enough but still okay. The sweet and sour sauce was tangy above average. Black bean sauce beef and rice noodles 10,50) the usual ingredients green peppers, carrots, onions and surprisingly a lot of beef. There could have been more noodles. Taste-wise okay. There was no charge for the rice but there was a charge for tea at 2,25 per person. The tea at home is normally complimentary (except at Dim Sum) and at 2,25 is very expensive by Canadian standards. The total bill was 37,30 before the tip. the great neon sign that you can see from kurfurstendamm, stretch it into the through into a small courtyard where the restaurant is on the back.

Its like China in the heart of Berlin. Big portions of food so its advisable for groups. Been here few times and they do not disappoint them when it comes to flavor and fast service.

eat very tasty and good quality / worth. the waitress rushed to clear, while one of our parties still eat. presented billing before the request and not shown in an ordner or on a teller. the workers eat their meals in the main restaurant on 7-45 clock when the restaurant had customers. do not feel relaxed or greeted.

This is at Kurfürstendamm near the Hard Rock Cafe.This Chinese restaurant is nicely decorated but not very busy as this was early evening but it is hidden away building..The food was very good but the service was not too great as she looked like she...was very Uninterested in being in her job,looking sad and annoyed,

the weather turned rainy late in the afternoon on Sunday and my colleague and I decided some hot and sour soup would taste very good. We chose this restaurant because it was close to our hotel and their menu comes in Germany and the English....The food was good if a little bland. We had actually thought we had ordered a spicy shrimp dish which wasn't but they have condiments on the table so you can add heat or vinegar or soy sauce as needed.
