"a restaurant one step from the sea where you do not feel the sea in the dishes! sincerely we expected much more, certainly the location is beautiful and classy, the staff is kind and professional but the dishes are insignificant, we took 2 first (scialatielli cozze shrimp and rucola and spaghetti calamaretti olives and lemon zestes without any mastery of flavors, ingredients little amalgamated, only the dessert was great. However the account was high (88€ and you can not pay a blanket with bread (so it was written on the menu 3,50€ per head! I would not return"

Unfortunately a certain had been made and the only place where you could eat in the area was this, and so we had to settle for 2 quick courses at the bar, 4 mixed bruschettine and 1 frying of hard squids and gums 2 glasses of wine 60€

friendly staff, wonderful location. We drank an aperitif and had lunch.4 stars and not 5 because of spaghetti and clams. fresh and tasty clams, but the dish in the complex disappointing!! Appetizer, fish and chips, sweet and delicious wine.

"What a find this was! Its on the rooftop of the Hotel Antoinetta just off the main square in this lovely town. Not to be confused with the restaurant downstairs (which is pretty good too! . I would strongly recommend booking, not because its busy, but just so the widest range of fresh seafood and meat is there for you to choose from. There's no real menu as such but you are greeted by the owner/chef who will talk you through what he has available as its all seasonal and local. The choice will range from the catch of the day brought up from the harbour to some really top quality perfectly aged steak. Whilst your choice of fish (sea bass, bream and several local fish we hadn't come across before or meat is being cooked before your eyes on the grill you are treated to a superb range of antipasti. These aren't huge amounts, but enough to whet the appetite and leave room for that freshly grilled main course which comes with a delicious selection of grilled vegetables. There's a decent enough wine selection which is pretty much all typical of the local Campania region from the same producer. Presentation of the food is wonderful and the taste does not disappoint. We had to revisit a few nights later it was so good. The price is reasonable too when compared to the other two main restaurants just across the square. All this is done by the chef/owner who is passionate about his food. His English was better than our Italian and he was delighted to explain the origins of his food. Nothing was too much trouble for him and everything is done with a beaming smile. This great night out was rounded off by a local digestif on the house. I hope to go back to this region soon and this place will be high on my list of places to go back to."
