"It is a restaurant (from the very informal atmosphere) of the quadrilateral that we have been frequenting for years and we returned some nights ago to dinner. we (we were in 2) and we ordered: 1 lily appetizer composed of tuna carpaccio (optimum,) anchovy frittella (delicious octopus (optim and tender,) gratinate scallops and shrimp cocktails. 2 seconds: sword with tomatoes, olives and capers, a great second extra menu and a grill with squid, scampi, prawn and mint... excellent cooking! 2 sweets: 2 goose sorbets (to lime and green apple). to accompany the dinner a bottle of water and a dignified pinot of the house (i.e. 0,75) for a total of € 85 in 2, with offered bitters and usual friendly service of the owner. the menu, which is not wide, offers some traditional dishes, in addition to a few dishes of the day and, in this context, it seems to me a correct approach in order to always offer a good product. the strengths: the valid raw material, healthy and home cooking, on average very tasty, balanced prices, the right portions and the friendly service “deboli” points (but veniali): the limited choice of wines, although with some valid company and the environment sometimes a little too noisy. I would say that, among the many fish restaurants I know in the city, for me remains one of the points of reference to get traditional fish dishes in an informal and very welcoming environment... and without getting fucked! in this sense... very few rivals in Turin... to the next"

It is for seafood lovers and very few meat choices. The service was excellent (by owner a real Torinese) and with the appropriate speed i.e. a break after the antipasto etc. The food was delicious and we had a whole spiel meaning antipasto, shared a primo (spaghetti alle vongole e gamberoni), a main (excellent and light because pan- not deep-fried mixed fish/seafood platter) and finished with a wonderfully tasting panna cotta. Best at the end: the bill was reasonable since we also had some excellent white wine

I think of all the restaurants we dined at across Northern Italy, this would have to be one of my best memories. The food was excellent. It was seasonal and fresh. So fresh that the owner wasn't entirely sure what the chef had purchased that day at the markets. We had a local wine that I hadn't heard of before. It was all a taste of Turin. We finished with a tarte tatin that the owner's wife had just baked and brought out. The whole thing was delicious. Further, the bill represented exceptional value. There is one thing I should add. This is a family run business. I found the owner to be an absolutely delightful person. While he was engaging us, his wife was diligently working away getting t...
