The Inn On The Tay - Menu

Found this place by chance when looking for somewhere to have Sunday lunch recently.

Great location beside the river Tay Modern restaurant with traditional Scottish touches of design.

Wanted to eat here earlier today (New Year's day) and was lured in by the sign outside that said "Food served all day" but as we got inside we were told by View menu

Friendly, warm hospitality as soon as you step through the door.......then followed up with excellent food in contemporary surroundings on the banks of the river Tay!

Beautiful place, great food and very reasonably priced. The staff here are second to none everybody went out of their way to make our meal enjoyable and nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely can't wait to come back again.

A first class hostilery with an excellent ambience, outstanding service and extremely well cooked and presented food. We had a great Sunday evening with some terrific staff who were friendly and made sure we wanted for nothing. You have to book to be sure of being able to get in and we booked weeks in advance and still struggled to get a table, such is its popularity. View menu

Top quality meal here tonight. The only time we are eating out on our holiday as we are self catering. This was money very well spent! Lovely atmosphere great friendly staff, lovely decor, iced water on the table, great views of the river, low lighting and good music. Order taken in the bar while we had our pre dinner drinks. Seated when first course was ready. Food was suburb could not fault it. We even enjoyed talking to the locals at the next table between courses. Highly recommend.

Myself and the other colleague had a delivery to made for this place. Afterwards the owner and another lady, probably the manager or the wife of the owner offered as dinner. The food was delicious, the presentation as well. The staff super friendly and I could say if you are passing in the area this place it’s a must to stop. The view as well is breathtaking. I live in London but I had never felt so well welcomed and served like there. Good luck for them and for the way the staff behaves.

Perfect place to chill out Food was excellent as was the service. Arrived just after last orders but waitress asked the manager if we could still order a meal. No problem she said although what we could order was limited which was really understandable. We had the pizza and salad which was delicious. Drinks and coffees were also ordered and the latte was so good I had a few. Beautiful views of the river adds to the atmosphere of this place.
