"We visited Ipiros for the first time. It is a small restaurant with a limited staff, so if it is busy like on Sunday night, it can be a bit slow. But the food is marvelous. The saganaki was perfect, with a crisp skin on...molten cheese. I also enjoyed the moussaka and the baked peppers gebackene Paprika. My wife had an octopus salad a little humdrum and delicious grilled lamp chops. All was well seasoned, though some may find it a bit salty, but wonderful washed down with some Madedonian red wine. Prices were very reasonable euros for two including wine and the service was attentive and helpful"

Friendly service. We ordered small dishes and that was enough for two. If you like fish go on Wednesday. Then they have some specials on the menu

This has to be the most unfriendly rude waiter in Erlangen! Food was good, small portions tapas style. Restaurant was not too busy on a Friday night but reservations are recommended

I love Ipiros, not only is it an authentic Greek restaurant serving meze instead of the typical dishes served everywhere else, but the quality of the food is great and the flavours delicious. Also, the prices are good and lower than your average Greek restaurant....Can't wait to go back

Always call before your visit to reserve a table!!! Drink Klepsidra...Malagousia White dry or “M” Mouhtaro Merlot Red dry!!

I were there with my family for birthday. The restaurant is not like any other Greek restaurant. On the menue you won't find any dish full with meat. Here you can choose between a huge range of little ones like you know them from tapas....If you are in a group you can taste a lit of different things. The cooks do their job very good and cook with love : Next time in Erlangen I will be their again

We were there last night for dinner and the service was very poor. There should definitely be at least one more waiter as although we were the first to arrive it took a while to get our order and then we had to wait further...because the waitress didn't bring any cutlery! Not great when you have three hungry children! Food was good and reasonable. Like the idea of mezes as you can try several different things. The liver was excellent

We were a large group but had pre booked so to wait minutes for the first food was in my opinion poor When it did arrive I can only assume the delay was because someone could not get the lid off the jars they...were stored in, perhaps the bread was fresh but the olives and pepper salad were certainly not and tasted fresh from the jar The main courses were slightly better, but by this time hours I would have eaten anything Will visit Erlangen again but never this restaurant
