We went to dinner and quickly settled into a kind of reserve that still has a seat outside, now I think it's a whole strategy. We were advised that we should take without giving us options and without giving us the letter still asking for it several times. I had that feeling that they were deceiving us and so it was the disobedient account for what was assumed they reneged on us the letter (although I doubt it is legal) to check the prices. seen with perspective I think that they would defile us.

The very good and well-made octopus salad. The octopus was in its point neither hard nor gomoso. The unbelievable chop. I've eaten in several places where specialty is the chop and for my goose this has been the best. You pay for the quality, but with drop.

"Tras muchos años queriendo conocer la oferta en la pizzería Cassolo, hoy he podido conocerla y esta ha sido mi experiencia: Ensalada de pollo: 4/5 Una generosa ración que hemos pedido para compartir. En conjunto es una muy buena ensalada que funciona de manera excelente. Lo más destacable es el buen punto del pollo y de la zanahoria. La salsa aunque no está mal, no llama mucho la atención y se queda un punto baja de sal. Aún así, es un primer plato muy recomendable. Paquetitos de Gorgonzola y nuez: 3/5 En este caso me he llevado una pequeña decepción con el plato y me explico: La salsa tiene una textura muy correcta y el punto de cocción de la pasta es bueno, sin embargo, no puedo dejar de pensar en lo poco o nada que noto el sabor a nueces, ya sea en la salsa o en el relleno. En mi opinión, también falta un poco de la textura crujiente que le aportaría incluir unas nueces troceadas en el plato. Por último, el queso rallado que corona el plato desentona un poco al aliviar la potencia del gorgonzola. Pizza 4 stagioni:3/5 Destaca especialmente la masa fina y crujiente de las pizzas debido a una buena masa y al horno de leña. La pizza en cuestión es correcta, si bien las alcachofas tienen poco sabor y quedan algo opacadas por el sabor de la base de tomate. Me desentona un poco la aceituna entera con hueso y los champiñones no destacan, diría que se trata de champiñones en conserva, motivo por el que tienen mucha agua incluso una vez horneados. Sin embargo me parece una pizza muy correcta de la que aprecio mucho la masa. Pizza Soldato:3/5 Una pizza particular por el chorizo, lo que le da un sabor muy de aquí. Me gusta el chorizo al no quedar demasiado salado tras el horneado. Nuevamente destaco mucho la calidad de la masa. El queso en ambas pizzas es correcto y la cantidad de tomate me resulta un punto excesiva. Una pizza muy correcta, altamente recomendable. Tarta de queso: 2/5 Se trata de una tarta artesana con una base fina de hojaldre y mermelada de grosellas. Tiene un bonito color dorado y una textura algo grumosa. Sabe más a una Quesada tradicional que a una tarta de queso y quizá sería un poco más interesante con una textura algo más delicada y cremosa. No obstante es una tarta de queso sin grandes brillos. Tiramisú: 4/5 Nos encontramos ante un tiramisú muy particular. Destacó la espuma de café, lo que le aporta una textura aireada y delicada que baña la composición. Sin embargo, la Nutella es algo extraño en mi opinión, ya que aporta una sensación grasa y pesada al postre. Los bizcochos de soletilla están bien empapados en café y la tarta en general tiene un sabor agradable. Un versión interesante de un gran clásico que podría llegar a ser un indispensable en caso de contar con un toque de Amaretto y mascarpone. Las 22:15 de un viernes se han quedado sin pizzas, cosa que es una muestra clara del éxito con el que cuenta el Cassolo, pero que puede ser un problema al no contar con un sistema de reservas. Esto es un punto importante ya que es un local muy concurrido y popular, por lo que hay que asumir los tiempos de espera largos. Aunque aseguro que merece la pena."
