"The food quality at this restaurant was very poor, with dry lamb skewers and chicken. The service was slow and inattentive, and the food seemed like reheated leftovers. The pitta bread was microwaved, and the chips had a bad smell of old oil. The Diet Coke cans were served closed and at room temperature, and the hummus came late. I dine out frequently and have tried many restaurants, but this was the worst meal I have had in a while, from South to North England. I recommend the kebab centre in New Haw for a far more tasty and succulent meal. I was very disappointed and will not be returning to this restaurant."

I've not been to Jeitta for a long time, mostly due to the pandemic. Today's visit reminded me what I had missed. The food was absolutely delicious. Very good value, perfect portions. Attentive staff. Really great all round.

I went to this restaurant and straight off the bat , the staff was so welcoming and friendly. I ordered lamb chops and they were so juicy and tender and you could taste how fresh the meat was. I've been to many Lebanese restaurants and flavours from abroad but this by far was the best.

Came with hub for lunch. No desserts, no juices, no ayran. Awfully mushy rice and four pieces of lamb. Two crushed falafels in a dry bread passing off as a sandwich for £10! We spent £26. Amazing COZY atmosphere with super friendly staff. Food was excellent quality and taste, and prices are very reasonable. Will definitely visit again! Mixed grill was good and no bad smell or taste. Hummus with chicken was great and the rice is flavoursome too. All in all for 2 people we spent £30, well worth the money

We love having food here always for over 10 years but got so disappointed last week when we drove all the way from Guildford just to have chicken shawarma. Unfortunately, the worst way it was made stuffed with most of salad minimal chicken had no taste couldn't taste sauce for takeaway 1 star for the food, unfortunately had to ask them for extra white sauce but had non luckily took some chillisauce.
