I'm a little disappointed. I expected better. Sushi are good without any more. The rice is desolidated at the end of your chopsticks. The miso soup didn't transport me.

and yes in bretagne we find other restaurants than crêperies, and it is a good sushi that here, the boss is very funny with a black humour wasabi sauce, and very good sushi and other makis, sashimis.

Here is a little corner of paradise for lovers of good Japanese cuisine (sushi, maki, etc.) I ate an unforgettable red tuna tartar, makis with an incredible fine taste. I'll go back there as soon as I get the chance. This is an excellent address to have in his notebook.
