"I recently attended the wedding of my nephew. The food served looked very nice but I unfortunately didn't get to taste it. The food was served on platters for four peopleI was sat with a group of five. After the others had served themselves. I asked one of the servers, could you bring some more food as we were a group of five. I was looked at like I was stupid, and the next time I saw staff was when the plates were cleared. So I had no food. It's disgraceful, really. Also, the bar only had one member of staff and the queue for drinks was ridiculous, as was the price at £8.00 for a pint of the worst beer I have ever tasted. £4.50 for a 300ml bottle of lemonade."

Couldn't get served. Sat at table for twenty minutes watching the staff not doing much and ignoring us so we left and found somewhere else.

Wedding Venue. Looks lush. Bit expensive for what you get. Only down side is cafe on premises next to barn. It will cost you to close the cafe during your wedding. View menu

Lovely relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and the food (Chicken Tikka flatbread) not only looked amazing but was absolutely delicious. It was busy, but beautiful place to sit and relax over great food.

An awful rainy day, Inside the barn was excellent. A nice non stressful atmosphere. Well laid out tables, although busy the service was fine and attentive. Our food tasted good and was served up well. Plenty of off road parking.

Very pleasant afternoon tea. Unusual fillings you wouldn't normally expect for the finger sandwiches but a nice different take on it. Lovely large scones with plentiful cream and jam. Ample food for two. Lovely, pretty surroundings. The tearoom had a garden centre vibe. Lovely venue for a wedding View menu

We stopped here on a whim and thought we'd give this place a try. We tried the flat bread which was basically a store bought flat bread with toppings out of a can which needed no preparation, and for that we paid 15 pounds! Ridiculously over priced menu for bland out of a can items. They didn't even bother to warm up the bread. We were attracted by the setting and were utterly disappointed with the food. Overall bad service and really bad food. We won't be back to this place again.

We had a lovely meal, and the service was excellent too . The only comment I would make is that we did not know there was a special board . We hadn’t noticed that it said on the very top of menus to see the specials and was not pointed out by the member of staff who welcomed us. We eventually found the Specials board ourselves, but it was in a very awkward place behind two customers who were having their meal!. Can I suggest that it is placed in a more prominent place that can be seen easily please ? I actually would have had the Special meal today had I known .
