"Wow wow wow! The customer service here we were met with was amazing. My daughter has severe allergies and we don’t expect everywhere to be able to cater for us or to be safe but the lady who served us nothing was too much trouble. The allergy matrix was on display but she was happy to check the tub for ingredients, happy to wash up a scoop and even suggested opening a new tub to avoid cross contamination. She went above and beyond not to just ensure a child’s ability to enjoy an ice cream but also their safety and for that I can not thank this place enough for. The ice cream was delicious also which helped and my daughter said was the best she had ever had! Thank you for making our day"

Well-run Cafe in a busy town. Friendly and efficient staff. I left my mobile in the loo and they were very reassuring when we called to ask if it had been handed in (it had). Returned a couple of days later and had more lovely food and great service!

Amazing lunch here for 3 after a walk up to Tintagel Castle, food was absolutely delicious and so much more than we expected. Quality food, freshly prepared and even the side salads were delightful. Highly recommend stopping here. Can’t wait to return.

We went here for breakfast and was not disappointed. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly staff and the breakfast was fresh and great unlike our experience at the Camelot Castle were the cooked breakfast is awful. Highly recommend a visit. Dogs are welcome.

Lovely friendly cafe with outdoor seating. We stopped here on a visit to the Castle after parking nearby in the Old Tintagel Country Club car park great value £3 for all day. We ordered the Cornish cream tea which was one of the best we have had and a lovely cappuccino in a good sized cup.

Wow just wow the best cream tea I have ever had, I also had a tuna melt which was delicious and we took some carrot cake away with us aswell and that was Devine too. Not only was the food incredible but the staff were so lovely I had a bit of a meltdown when we went in to sit down as our dog was barking at all the other dogs in there and I walked out as I was so embarrassed. The staff boxed all our food up for my husband and as we had our motorhome parked around the corner we were able to sit and have our cream tea without our diva dog ruining it for us would highly recommend if you’re visiting Tintagel.

"So let us share our experience, We went in tonight as a family after seeing that it home made food on the drive to sennen and looked online and had a good look at the food available on the menu also looking to see if it was dog friendly and it ticked all the boxes, Upon arrival me and my wife went in 1st to ask if we could have a table for food and if dogs can go inside and staff were a little unsure but they confirmed we could upon asking for a table for 7 but one in a pram he said we don’t have the availability to cater I was looking at a table big enough and eventually said that this table was available whilst being seated we had 2 table one clean and the 2nd just been finished with so needed a clean but he came and cleaned both tables and he squirted the cleaner on a clean table and the over spray bounced off the table and went over our selfs then we were handed a menu freshly printed A4 paper thrown on the table (WET TABLE) so they stuck to the table upon agreeing what we wanted we went to the bar within 2-3 mins of being seated we knew what we wanted and when we asked for the meal it was OUT OF STOCK (Sunday lunch) ok fair so as I was with a family member at the bar I quickly rushed back to the table to ask my daughter of an alternative she wasn’t happy, So I made a meal up of all the extras on the menu so I went back to the bar to find my family member ordered 2 fish and chips then I realised my wife also wanted Sunday lunch so I quickly rushed back to ask her what she wanted and went back to the bar just as my family member left and asked for fish and chips was also sold out also! 99% of the menu was SOLD OUT this should of been discussed upon arrival not as we were ordering I run and operate my own business and this isn’t how I would treat my customers this isn’t how an establishment should be ran! Even when I was standing trying to order a member of staff was standing there arm against the wall doing nothing while customers are standing waiting to be served! So we decided not to eat and my family member went back to the bar to ask for a refund as we couldn’t eat as a family and the staff were iffy about offering a refund but 10 minutes later they did refund my family member as it became a scene for other people as they could see what had happened! This establishment should be call the 1st and late time you come here! We ended up walking to the chip shop down the road for food we are very disappointed in this company and establishment! For anyone who wants to eat please make sure they HAVE STOCK how can this establishment run without stock? Never again tonight they lost over £200 revenue due to this situation!"
