"L’atmosfera del ristorante è molto elegante e raffinata. Il personale è estremamente gentile e preparato, capaci di consigliare il giusto abbinamento da effettuare con le diverse portate. La qualità di ogni pietanza, egregiamente impattata, è molto elevata, con un ottimo bilanciamento tra i diversi elementi presenti sul piatto. Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo preso due portate di special sushi, notevole quella coi ricci di mare, davvero gustosi, una croccante tempura di gamberi e il sublime controfiletto di wagyu giapponese che raccomando davvero a tutti, non potete non assaggiarlo! I prezzi sono in linea con la qualità delle materie prime. Raccomandato."

Prenotazione andata a buon fine nei tempi e orari richiesti. Menù abbastanza chiaro se non fosse per qualche asterisco/numero senza un chiaro rimando a letture precise. Carta Vini nella media. The service is quite poor (when we sat we chose 3 dishes and while ordering the waitress told us that they weren’t available). The dishes are not what they seem (eg. pecking duck is an unconventional roast with no wraps) and the Barman has no idea what he’s talking about when it comes to whiskies. On the other side the location is nice, although the music is disturbing and way too loud.

intimate place with soft lights and the right music as background. chef jeff tyler recommends you start entering kowa mood classic steam sandwiches and then switch to super recommended tacos with wagyu meat. you pass from simple sashimi to gunkan with quail eggs and truffles and then end with black cod or with pork ribs. what to say the service was impeccable, a perfect atmosphere and a high level clientele; not for this the prices are very high. 2 taco of wagyu meat 24€, the small mix of sweets 40€ while the main dishes from 25€ to 50€ each.
