"The restaurant is about a 5 minute walk across the road from the Parador where we were staying. So after a long day it was the ideal place to eat. The restuarant is very small with less than 10 tables. We arrived after 9 30 pm and it was about half full. The waiter who served us spoke a little English and the restuarant had the menu in English which was ideal. There were 4 of us so we decided to share the appetizers grilled large prawns which were excellent, iberico ham which with the croquettes were both excellent and the grilled octopus which the person ordering it thought was a bit chewy but the rest of us who don't normally eat octopus thought was Ok. For main courses 2 of the party had lamb cutlets which were lovely,one member of the party had hake whilst I had the steak with blue cheese sauce. We also shared a plate of chips. All the food was cooked to order and the portion sizes were generous so we all skipped dessert The service was good and the wine recommended to us was extremely quaffable and cheap. If you are staying at the Parador, this is a good place place to eat."

We were two couples, had monkfish, hake and sirloin steak. It was all wonderfully! We also had the tossed salad, also delicious. Service was great as well. Would highly recommend.
