"We have dinner in this restaurant on 16 August 2023 in the blue room on the floor where the difference of the tables is less, where we feel like eating with the table next to it. The kitchen is very good, the dishes are hearty. I think it would take a slight look at the desserts because it's too big for a meal-end where the 4 stars I've given. Beyond that, cooking is fair, seasonings are good and quantities are on schedule. Big negative point on the service, to which I put only a star because, servers far too comfortable with customers, nasty jokes with customers, service errors, a non-professional service. The waiter arrives at the table to take the command So? No presentation of the dishes, or then the server presents what is not in the plate. The wine was not presented, the waiter does not know what a vintage is, something that is learned from the beginning of a formation in a company. The service in the room is very good to see. It is a pity for a restaurant of this notoriety and also prestigious because of its accuracy in the kitchen and the setting in which the restaurant invites us to eat, the service does not value the restaurant as should be valued. I will gladly return to eat in this restaurant that still has the courage to offer the traditional Duck in Rouennaise (in blood) in a superb setting inspired by the Place Jeanne D 'Arc."
