"food house that retrotracts you to the 50-60s. It is a house that keeps the furniture as they were where the food is homemade. We take garlic soup and fries, and second cuchifrito toast, entrecot and meatballs. very rich everything! like the other time we went, it's homemade food, the grandma's. huge dessert egg flan (casero of course) muuy good, as well as the table of cheeses they put and of which you can serve on demand. we go out to 16€ x person, very good of price, that if you do not expect luxury and refined treatment. That's what it is, and that's what it's all about."

You can't go to LEDesma and not go through the fernandica. There's no more traditional place, possibly in every salamanca. It's worth getting close to just to eat. excellent deal, like eating at your grandparents' house. dishes are a barbarity, classic recipes excellently prepared and the quantity and price unbeatable. they have menus for 10 that are worth a lot.
