"My experience in this restaurant has been quite bad. 4 friends have come for lunch, and we have asked for what they have offered us, that is, nothing out of the ordinary. There weren 't too many people having lunch either. After 50 minutes of waiting, they bring out my friends ' sandwiches, and mine, we claimed it after 5 minutes, and it was not ordered. I tell the waiter how long it will take, and he tells me that at least 15 minutes, with which I tell him to leave it, I don 't want to have lunch anymore. At coffee time, things have not improved much, since we have only ordered 2 things (easy, right? , because the first time, they brought those from another table, which were not ours, and the second time , the decaf were regular and the regular decaf. We have not told them to change them, because we would like to arrive in time to have dinner with the rest of the family, and I have not had lunch. Prácticamente siempre que hago de anfitrión y llevo amigos al pueblo, intente que el almuerzo o la cena esté en la Mesa. Tanto el arroz meloso como el atún con sambarot son excelentes. Juan es un chef que equilibra tradición sin rigidez y sofisticación sin pretensión. Si tienes la suerte de no coincidir con ninguna mesa ruidosa, el ambiente es muy tranquilo y agradable. La atención es siempre correctísima y muy amable. Una sugerencia posible sería añadir a los menús alguna posibilidad de postre individual. En suma, un restaurante muy digno, en mi opinión lo mejor de Llíria.
