Our table was next to the kitchen, service was shambolic, no special surprise from the restaurant, after spending over £200 in food and drinks at 21:38 they asked us to leave as need tables which ruined the night, oh and to top it all off a mouse was running around

Visited as 4 for a birthday meal. Was a lovely meal, slightly more pricier than I thought but cocktails were lovely. A meal each (for 4 people) 2 sides, 1x cocktail each, bottle of wine, 1 beer £170. Cocktails were nice, but not very strong. Food was very nice, seemed all fresh and well presented. Glad we tried it, would probably return.

What a pleasant surprise this was, I am a good cook so we rarely eat out. We had a delicious meal here. Greeted by friendly, accommodating staff. The ribs were out of this world! melt in the mouth. The sea bass and vegetables delicious, so tasty. Calamari crispy. Atmosphere relaxed and inviting. Highly recommended. I have no idea why the such low ratings. View menu

We have always visited this restaurant when we are in Rochester. It has always been a great atmosphere and excellent food. However , on our visit in August it was the complete opposite. The menu was very limited and the prices had increased enormously. The service was a disgrace . I had my starter almost thrown down on the table . Suffice to say we will never be returning . This pandemic has given them an excuse to up the prices and reduce the menu by less than half !

One of the worst places I have ever been!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND! They were charging us for drinks as we was ordering them so we paid, at the end they added so much stuff to our bill that we already paid for and even extra stuff!! They didn’t put the name of what we ordered they just put “food” “drink” so we couldn’t identify what we actually ordered, when we told the man we thought our bill was incorrect he was so rude and kept raising his voice. I have never experienced customer service like this in my life!! Disgusted

Had the worst night I 've ever had in a restauran, booked a table 3 weeks ago for 8 o 'clock for 5 people when we arrived we had to wait for 15 mins on the pavement then shown to our table ordered drinks. 30 minutes later we are still waiting for our drinks, after we asked a member of staff how long for our drinks the manager arrived and aggressively told us you have only been here 10 minute 's and you was late for your table At this point our party decided to leave where we was met with sarcastic remarks from the bar staff. Visited this Restaurent on Bank holiday Monday treat before back to school with my family, for the first time. Very disappointed with the overall experience. The menus were grubby, glasses were smeared around the edges when they arrived with the drinks, we had to remind staff a couple of times for the drink we had ordered, did not receive. When we ordered the food there were a number of items on the menu they did not have! however the waiter made no mention of this when we sat down, which would have been good customer service! After a great evening here last year with friends, we decided to go back to Latino Joes for a girlie catch up on a Friday night. What a mistake ! After waiting an age to get a drink at the bar amongst foul mouthed boys shouting and swearing at the top of their voices, we were shown to our table in a deserted restaurant last year it was packed). The food has always been good but this time the chicken burrito was full of mush with 3 lumps of chicken in and to be honest my dog would have turned his nose up at it. Despite the best efforts of the staff at both the bar and at the table, the manager made this my single worst experience at any restaurant not just in Rochester, nor Kent nor the rest of the UK, in fact the only time I have had treatment that neared this was in a back street restaurant in the Costa Brava where the manager detested the English! Where do we begin?
