"Beautiful! We have known the hotel for several years and it is always as remarkable: setting, atmosphere, service, quality and freshness of products, preparation of dishes, everything is perfect! The tuna is absolutely fabulous: we enjoyed it in tataki and tartare, both excellent. We then took nets of wolves: cooked to perfection and served abundantly, accompanied by tomato and fennel. Beautiful. impeccable service, excellent wine (a mandria of christophe ferrandis) and an improbable setting in the center of Saint florent: a very beautiful evening!"
