Pampre - Menu

Absolutely wonderful restaurant. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff are wonderful and helpful, and the food.... wow! Can't recommend this restaurant highly enough.

I visited this place on the last evening of my holiday. We got two different menus, I can't remember the names but I can remember they were absolutely delicious, specially the appetizers. The cathedral view is stunning!

We were heading from Belgium to Straatsburg, and stopped here for dinner. It was definitely worth the stop. Reservation is recommended. Staff was very friendly, the food was excellent. We took the 30 euros menu, and that wasn't at all expensive for what we got. French cuisine with an original touch. We will definitely go back. View menu

The four of us went to Le Pampre last night (17 July) for dinner. We seated outside. Excellent service, great food. The outside seating area is fine but it is on the side walk and people walk near you - too near. The wine list is good but a restaurant like Le Pampre should have a larger selection of wines by the glass. I do recommend it. One of the best - if not the best in Metz.

We celebrated our anniversary dinner here by chance. We enjoyed sophisticated dining with great service with two adults and a child. My partner was in T-shirt and sandals, but they received us well. The whole experience was well worth the price(150Euro for two+1 child) for a special evening. The sea bass dish was amazing. Accompany wine, too. Chef came to greet us towards the end of the meal, which is for me a sign of great restaurant. Very close to Cathedorale and it is located among many casual restaurants.

When visiting Metz for a friendly between France and Scotland before the Euros - after having witnessed a poor game the night before - we were rewarded with a great dinner at this gem. They didn't bat an eye-lid at two guys in kilts and dished up excellent fare, including top wine.It was a delight. The restaurant is small and tastefully decorated and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about their menu - even whiskies - providing an all-round first-class service.Loved it - and given the excuse would happily return [kilted or not]. Dinner in Le Pampre is a great experience! Perfectly good placed with a great view on the Cathedral this place got other good points as well! Every dish is a new surprise! Gosh if you're here, you def gotta try its Quiche!! One of a kind! Moreover, the service is on the highest level still staying friendly and pretentious. Speaking of prices, it wasn't even as expensive as you can imagine after checking out the restaurant's info on trip adviser! I'm not saying it's "low-cost" but it got the correct price. P.s. You're definitely gonna leave this place totally satisfied

I'm a foodie and make sure I eat at as many fine dining restaurants as I can. Luckily I travel throughout Europe often, so I am able to eat some incredible meals. This weekend I had the pleasure of taking 4 women to dinner who have never had a fine dining/ foodie experience. Wow, this was the perfect restaurant to do so! The service was wonderful, the food was spot on! I have the the signature menu (90 euro with wine), with wine paring. I don't care for fish, but the soul was so tender and fluffy. Looked on trip advisor and it was highly recommended. We were a party of 8 and 4 being children, plus one of the adults being a pregnant lady. We had our own personal waiter who was very helpful, who's English was reasonable but not good enough to know what we were ordering off the menu. As a family we decided not to eat there as it was the higher market end of food. The waiter went to get the drinks bill, we could hear in the back ground voices being raised. Our waiter plus a chef appeared at our table with raised voices!! The chef was highly vocal and abusive, we all felt embarrassed as we only asked for the bill.
