"Not a good experience. We were sat at an unsteady table and upon being seated asked the waiter to find something to stick under the leg to stop the wobbling. We also asked for some tap water. Neither were provided. Our drinks from the menu took too long to arrive we had to ask what was taking so long considering the restaurant wasn't full. Once again no tap water in sight. The food we ordered came out in a strange order. Starters sides! to begin with, followed by snacks/nibbles. Then there was almost an hour wait for the mains, which again we had to ask what was taking so long. The mains sadly weren't worth the wait. The manager kindly offered to comp our drinks after we informed him nobody came to fix the table, but the rest of the service was poor. Having been to Lima London in Fitzrovia, its safe to say Floral by Lima sadly isn't anywhere near as good."

I met friends for a very enjoyable lunch with delicious and beautifully presented food. They had live music which also helped create a Peruvian ambience. The set menu was very reasonable and they also offer the option of bottomless Prosecco so definitely looking forward to coming back again soon.

Excellent service, overall an interesting menu although I wasn’t wholly convinced by the vegetarian main. They advertise a set menu on line but in reality it’s not available for weekday lunches which made it a bit more expensive than we were anticipating. Very pleasant dining room: overall we had a very nice experience.
