"Where can I start? This was my first visit to this restaurant with my girlfriend. It's one of her favourite places to eat so she wanted to show me it. The minute we got in nobody greeted us or gave us a table or even...a menu. We sat at the table for good 15 minutes. The music was so loud that we couldn't communicate. It's not usually something we are complaining about. But the couple next to us said the same. We complained 3 times without anything happening, nobody cleaning our table or giving us menu/ help. In the end we got so irritated that we choose to leave. We told the manager that we had asked them nicely with the music, no help or menu aswell. She simply didn't cared if we stayed or left. So we choose to leave. Disappointed and actually upset. We stood without any food or a place to spend our date night. Luckly Vapiano down the street took us in with open arms and good food."

although the acupuncture is very loud, it is good to eat and has many positive surprises. the service is excellent as well as the location and easy to find. parking could be a little problem.

bring them time. seriously, bring time. the food they get is not bad or cold or anything else than the cook and bartender take their sweet time. the service works off, but the kitchen cannot maintain.

L'Osteria has the largest and most delicious pizza in Dortmund. Primitivο wine is αλσο very good. The staff are very friendly and try their best to serve you. The place is warm though quite noisy. It may take a while for you to sit at...a table because it is usually full. In any case it is worth visiting.

one of the best pizzas I had, and a great restaurant with friendly staff. offered to do the half without additional costs. Eating was ready in no time and cooked for perfection. the waiter even managed to bomb the picture. great. for the money. only on the side they weren't home supplying to Britain, probably because of brexit

Wel, you're not leaving this place hungry. The pizza's are huge, and they are good. Clearly fresh ingredients, dough is being made in view of the guests. Pretty quick service too, considering this (Pokémon Go Fest weekend) is beyind doubt one of the busiest weekends...of the year. If I ever come back to Dortmund, they'll see me again!

Me and 2 friends came here after pokemon Go fest. And the whole restaurant was full. So they asked us if we wanted to wait for 30min at the bar. And after about 10-15min we had our table and 5more minutes later we ordered our...food. And maximum 15 minutes later we had our food. And it was really good pizza. Very large/cheap it was one of the best pizza i have ever eaten before. Greetings from 3 belgian guys. (Sorry if my english is not always correct)

family dinner for 3 (2 adult 1 child). came here when they were right next to our hotel and the fact that they allowed us to bring our dog. very lively, very nice and great. the only negatiw we had was that we waited for almost 30/40min for our pizza. we ordered 2 margherita so nothing special, but it took so long. we have followed our order a few times when we see the table coming next to us, order and start eating everything before we get ours? When it finally arrived, management has accused us only for drinks, so can not complain! Eat smart, it was really nice pizza, and it was massive! when our 5 year old eats the food is a good sign and they manage a few slices! great place, great locat...
