Just had a take away tonight!! Due to lockdown Food always Shame we did not get the special ambiance from being in the restaurant but still a lovely lovely meal. Never disappoints!!! Thanks

The amazing selling point of this place is the owner’s personality. He was so welcoming and chatty. We were nervous as it was of our first outings after lockdown but he made us feel comfortable

Excellent food as per usual. Fast and friendly service when picking up the takeaway, and the food was spot on. Whenever we eat at Mambo’s there are always members of our party that have certain dietary requirements but Rob and the rest of the staff...always make sure they are well looked after and catered for.

Visited with the family on Friday lunchtime and dined from the course menu which is excellent value for starter and main course). As usual the food was excellent and the service was friendly and attentive. Good covid precautions in place. Can recommend...the blue cheese mushroom starter and meatballs both absolutely delicious! Lasagne great as usual. Definitely worth a visit and we will be back soon!

Mambos on Irlam is the best Italian restaurant I have been to the staff are so friendly Rob the owner is the best nothing appears to be a problem to him. My grandson has Tourette’s and no one ever says anything if he tics or...shouts out even if it’s something not nice. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a great meal with great company. We had a Birthday party at Mambo's for our family and from the moment we walked in we were greeted with a very warm and friendly welcome by all the staff and owner. This family owned place is amazing, the atmosphere, the food (delicious,...home cooked and plenty of it) and such value for money. We only had to drop off the balloons and cake and the rest was sorted and the cake brought out with a band of staff singing to wish the birthday boy Happy Birthday! Well done Mambo's we will certainly be back. x

After doing some work for the owner Rob and recently being let down by our usual Italian restaurant, we ventured from Sale to Irlam to check out Mambos. Well worth the visit, great atmosphere, friendly staff and fantastic food at very reasonable prices. The food...was freshly made, so be prepared to wait a short while, it's worth it! Risotto cooked to perfection, a good kitchen team, who all seemed happy in their work, obviously reflected in the food, combined with the friendly front of house staff made it a good night out. Oh and some classic tunes from the new sound system!!

Friendly greetings and advice on parking on arrival set the the tone for the great service we received. Started off with bread and olives large serving and Good quality, one portion would easily serve two people. Starters included favourite prawn cocktail and meatballs....Again generous portions, really tasty and clearly made on the premises. For the mains it was the same story pizzas with light base, nicely balanced sauce and just the right amount of toppings salmon and prawns was the stand out dish of the night, done to absolute perfection.
