"Hacía muchos años que no habíamos ido al Vinatea y cuando decidimos ir a Morella, no buscamos restaurante, teníamos un buen recuerdo del Vinatea y fuimos directamente y nos encontramos con un restaurante completamente nuevo, reformado, con mucho estilo y una cocina de mucho nivel, sin dejar la cocina tradicional han sabido innovar con una cocina más actual y creativa. Platos bien elaborados y de excelente calidad, el fin de semana tienen dos menús de 25 y 35 €, nosotros escogimos el de 25, más tradicional, nos encantó, los entrantes, el ternasco y el bacalao exquisitos y como toque final sus postres, todo buenísimo, una cocina muy cuidada y bien elaborada, con una presentación perfecta y un excelente servicio muy profesional. El local está muy bien decorado, en el sótano se puede contemplar un bonito pozo y hay una extensa bodega. Fue muy agradable hablar con el propietario y saber que su hija está al frente de ese proyecto que es mantener el restaurante a este nivel. Como los buenos vinos el Vinatea con los años va cogiendo solera. Felicidades"

"My wife and dined at the La Fonda during a recent overnight in Morella. All the courses were outstanding, but it was the salad that was most intriguing becuase of a complex salad dressing which included as it's secret ingredient, peanut butter, subtley used. The timing of th meal, appetizer, salad, and main course were spaced nicely. A small wait staff was very attentive. We recommed this restaurant, highly."

"We ordered the menu of typical dishes from the pot. That's why we were expecting typical dishes or recipes here. Anyway, incoming carpaccio of cecina, allegedly bathed in truffle oil. brown croquettes, which were rich, and then a salad with goat cheese like the one that served me in tarragona. So typical food we have croquettes. Then I went in a second, where my partner asked for 1⁄2 pallet (literally) and on the menu that had ordered 4 lamb chops to the skillet, which have come to me 3. the garrison of the meat dish was fresh, two slices of potato, pepper, asparagus and to fly. The best dessert. The dark curd was very good, and the tiramisu of my very rich couple, I recommend. 26€ have charged us, something expensive for what we have eaten (beverage and coffee not included). We have seen other restaurants where if they include it with a slightly lower price. the restaurant is not bad, and it is cozy, we have eaten in a very chosen adobe vault. the problem is, the menu is not what you wait for that price. very attentive staff."

"We were two days of visit in this beautiful city and on the day of departure we decided to eat in this restaurant and try the tasting menu at the price of € per comensal. they have a terrace with several tables and we ask to eat in it as it was empty and by question of covid I dripped more. We started with a snack of sausage with ham chips that was fine, followed with the carpaccio of cecina with walnut chips, a crepe of mushrooms these three incomings were fine but the room the octopus to the brasa was a timo of the fat half-legged miniature octopus with a piece of potato. We pass to the second the cod loin and the lamb well, but the two of us who asked for the little-made entrecot but the quality of the same very low little drop and with a pile of nerves in the two pieces that served us that for me is one of the worst I have eaten and the truth is that I carry enough to my account. The desserts are good and we order coffee. The surprise was when half a coffee without asking for it or asking if we wanted to repeat another coffee or taste some liquor brought us the bill without more. In my life with years, it's the first time that, as the one who says, I'm kicked out of a restaurant because so we don't fall for the nice waiter started to pick up all the tables and chairs. Then I found out that after us the restaurant closed for four days. If they were in a hurry to go, it was preferable that when I asked for a table to eat they would have told me that not that what they were interested in was going to party, I hope they enjoyed it these four days because for me this restaurant in a mole ceased to exist. In short, a pricey menu for the quality they serve and a lousy and unprofessional service."

"Casa Roque es un restaurante que merece la pena conocer cuando se visita Morella. Buena comida y un personal muy amable y profesional. Un lugar con historia y personalidad gracias a los propietarios, una familia volcada en la gastronomía que conoce bien el producto y cómo hacer que la experiencia sea única. Tienen escuela de cocina y dan cursos de iniciación. Fuimos un grupo de tres parejas de amigos y tuvimos la suerte de que nos atendiera la dueña, explicándonos cada plato y aconsejando los más adecuados según los gustos. Disfrutamos de la comida y después nos explicó algunos elementos de la decoración del salón comedor. Enhorabuena."
