"My wife and dined at the La Fonda during a recent overnight in Morella. All the courses were outstanding, but it was the salad that was most intriguing becuase of a complex salad dressing which included as it's secret ingredient, peanut butter, subtley used. The timing of th meal, appetizer, salad, and main course were spaced nicely. A small wait staff was very attentive. We recommed this restaurant, highly."

We went at the time of the truffle and asked for some truffle croquettes that were very good and the meat we asked for amazing. dessert we ordered caramelized pineapple with yogurt ice cream. the girl who attended us very kind, I explain everything and advise us. we recommend going, but call to book before going to a mole or you will stay out of place because it fills up.

The food: I had lamb shanks as my main, excellent; my friend had the menu, four courses and they were all very good. Especially the salad asparagus and other things with an egg yolk that you mixed in with the rest of the dressing. The service, the view and the bathrooms were all superior
