"The restaurant has no paper towels or anything for drying hands after washing up. It seems like the tollgate franchise is run by teenagers instead of a well-trained team; even the female manager appeared to be only 15 years old. This company really needs to rethink its pay structure. Paying £4 per hour to employees is shortsighted and leads to a lack of care for the establishment. Honestly, it’s hard to remember the last time a teenager was genuinely concerned about cleanliness. If someone were to start a business like this today, it would likely go under in six months!
