first time to be there. friends come together. everyone was so happy with their delicious food and friendly service, definitely recommend!

What a great place for friends and family gathering or some team building fun. Food and drinks are average but nice staffs, venue and good vibe. Easy to get to from Queensway or Bayswater.

Great burgers. I went for a quadruple patty and four layers of cheese. It’s a little loud inside because there is a bowling alley but overall the service is great and the burgers are delicious. Order the chili fries and get some fried pickles.

I was there on Friday afternoon to have lunch, excellent food and extremely reasonable pricing (compared to the location and portion you’re getting). I took their lunch deal which was more than enough for me, it included a burger, fries, and a drink. Will come again for sure!

The burgers were absolutely delicious! 100% will visit again (Although I did expect the burgers to be a bit bigger). Nevertheless, a good place to chill. The music was a bit too loud, so I had to really speak up for my friends to hear me when I speak. Other than that, Had a good time there. Also, they could do a better desserts menu.

Additionally, there was an "optional" £2 added to the bill: £1 for service and another £1 for some kind of donation. If it's truly optional, we should have the choice to decide whether we want to contribute or not. The waiter merely pointed to the payment machine without allowing me to see the total amount. When I inquired about the extra charge, the waiter seemed annoyed and had little patience. I definitely won't be returning to this branch on Queensway!

The food was delicious and met the usual high standards. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. We visited on Tuesday and had significant concerns about the attitude and demeanor of the front-of-house staff. There was a noticeable lack of friendliness, and we had to place additional drink orders at the bar. When the first round of pints arrived, they were disappointingly a full finger-width short for a £6 pint. The server was also unaware of the house beers available and didn't seem to care.

Absolutely Terrible Experience. The lighting was nearly nonexistent, with only a few faint red lights providing illumination. I had to order via the app since the menus were impossible to read in such poor lighting. Unfortunately, the app automatically added a mandatory service charge, which feels almost criminal given the level of service we received: short, rude, and completely inattentive. The waitstaff never checked on us during our meal, and when we tried to discuss our awful experience, they completely ignored us. The food was served in a careless manner, almost thrown at us.
