"We were looking forward to a joint evening and chose this Indian restaurant in Murnau, which we were attentive to due to the positive reviews. We liked the atmosphere. We had to wait longer for the food, which was still within the framework. A hot, very fragrant pan was served in the neighboring table, making us curious. I chose a duck Biryani (fried rice pan). But the whole thing was NOT served in a pan, but on a cold plate. Why? Unfortunately, the food was maximally lukewarm (and this is still positively formulated) it definitely did not come out of the pan on the table immediately, otherwise it would have been hot what it was unfortunately no longer. With my partner who chose another dish, the food and rice was almost cold and the amount really manageable. I had a lot of rice and little meat. Tastefully the food was too mild, just a bit too boring. It lacked the wort and sharpness of original Indian cuisine. We like to cook and also Indian dishes and are therefore used to a different taste level. Too bad, because for the price of 17.90 euros per dish you have to expect more and above all enough hot food. The price/performance ratio did not fit. The staff was friendly. The sanitary facilities were clean. The paper towel dispenser was empty. We probably won't come anymore."

Very nice Indian food especially for Germany. The Prawn Puri starter was delicious as were the main courses of Lamb vindaloo and Chicken Korma. Good option if you want a change from traditional Bavarian food.

Very good Indian food and very good options. They make good vegetarian and vegan curry as well. On the other side of the coin, there Tandoori is very good as well. Great service and worth a visit. Make a reservation as they get busy.

Quality is and remains very good in recent years. We were here again and again and again very satisfied with the service, quality and taste of food. We've been here several times for lunch and dinner. We also like to come here with friends because we are very convinced of the quality. Thanks for the always delicious food and nice service on site.

We tried this place for a birthday dinner. What a great choice! The décor is really nice and the atmosphere and service is great. Everything from the authentic chai tea to the popadums and sauces to the main courses (both veggie and meat dishes) were outstanding! This Indian restaurant is the best that we have found in Bavaria (including those that we visited in Munich). If you have not tried this restaurant, it is worth a visit. Also, it deserves to be much higher in its rank in Murnau. Give it a try and rate it on trip advisor, I think that you will be pleasantly surprised like we were. We will be back again for certain!
