This place is mostly crowded as they are moderately priced and offer a good variety of menues for lunchtime.

Been here a few times. Again it was excellent. Very busy but the service was still excellent. Food was delicious. Great ambiance.

Good food. Fast service. Friendly and helpful staff. This place seems to be very popular but not so that it feels too crowded. Also has an outside dining area for when the weather is warm enough.

The Neumuehle is very convenient for the train station and Ibis hotel in Baar. If you're staying in Baar it's a fair choice to eat or as a bar, if ultimately not really inspiring. In good weather you can sit outside at the front or back. The menu is quite varied and I'd recommend the Thai curries or the duck massaman curry tasty but not authentic!

Right at the station in Baar, it seems a point of attraction for many locals in Baar. Apparently it is famous for its huge Schnitzels, which we tried. They are ok, but you know you had better ones before. The Tatar is not too bad, yet it seems they are not fully into the offering different degrees of spiciness thing. Seems like a good place to go with friends if you are or live in the area.

You feel welcome and can choose a wide variety of dishes from a clear menu. The service is attentive, the food very fine. The ambience in the old factory-style Neumühle is very pleasant. A small downside is the volume, if there are 6 people at the table, only those across the street can understand something from each other, it's rather loud. Visited this restaurant following other recommendations here. I’d heard it was one of the best places in Baar. Not disappointed. Managed to get a table although even on a Tuesday the restaurant was busy so I suggest booking. Lovely service and brilliant food. Started with the Korean spicy fried chicken salad- one of the nicest starters I have ever had anywhere. Opted for the lamb shank in madeira sauce with rosemary potatoes as my main and this also was delicious. All washed down with local beer. I’m only sorry I will not be back in the area any time soon.
