"As you have already read from other reviews, this is a low key place that might otherwise give you pause before you went in. Yes, it is below ground, and yes, it is quite small but the food is very authentic and nicely prepared. My wife had the Chicken Tiki Marsala and I had the Tandoori Chicken, Samosa’s to start and Garlic Naan to have with the main course. We enjoyed everything, right down to the last bite! Not sure whether our waiter was the owner or not, but he was very nice, very friendly and attentive. The total price was exceptionally low, considering all that we had. If you are an Indian food enthusiast, do yourself a favor and eat in this restaurant when you are in Nice. They offer beers and liquor, but no wines. Parking is available in the garage adjacent to the restaurant location."

Went here today because of the great reviews on tripadvisor. It was kind of hard to find, its below ground. The food had a lot of flavour. Big portions, friendly staff, and cheap for indian! Would definitely recommend!!

In hate vegetarian dishes like dal tadka, rajma, chole and palakfolder for dinner. The service was quick and food was delicious. Instead, Kesar recommends if you are craving for Indian food after a long day daunt and rattle stuff.

Having experienced many Indian Restaurant’s in Nice, without doubt, Nameste was the most authentic and enjoyable meal we have had. The portions were a perfect size and the service was very friendly. We recommend this restaurant highly.

Excellent food, cosy atmosphere. The owner goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The poulet curry rice bowl is very good and the dal tadka is very authentic. One of the best North Indian food that I had outside of India.

Only challenge is you can't find it even through google map, unless you call the owner :D Otherwise truly home made food, you ask for any indian dish, with customization...he can make it!! Gujarati owner, very cooperative, guided for some tourist places too..can make all dishes like thepla, khakra on order of course. Dont go for ambiance, go for taste of the food...you will love it.

First time we ordered from the restaurant last year it was very good, maybe the cheese naan a bit dry but the sauces great. Today we ordered a few dishes and we barely just tasted it, so disappointing. Cheese naan so dry without cheese, beignet d’oignon soo dry, like couple days old, i couldnt swallow, and lentil curry...well that was super weird: so sad to spend 40€ on such simple food and not being tasty!

Exceptional service at Namaste Nice, an Indian restaurant in Nice. I visited this place twice last week during my stay in Nice and also got a take out. Namaste Nice is the best Indian restaurant in Nice. I normally don’t write reviews, but this pIace deserves a 5 star. The owner of the store is very friendly, attentive and knowing that we are Indians they catered to our palette to make the food spicy and flavorful. I still crave for their Jeera aloo. I would come back here during my next visit too.
