North Garden - Menu

Highly recommend this restaurant . Cuisine is traditional and very good value. Beef brisket noodle soup is divine and the char Sui spring rolls

Really disappointed. The place was packed which I thought was a good sign. Rice dish had a hair in it so we didn’t eat the main courses l. Soup and starters ok but no wow.

Took daughter out for lunch and didn’t want to leave. Fantastic food and plenty of it! Delicious dim sum especially the scallops. Will eagerly return when I revisit the area View menu

Unfortunately my partner appears to have got food poisoning from the North Garden last night. It's the only food he had differently to usual, all day. But a couple of hours after his chilli beef meal, he had all the symptoms of food poisoning.

Went last night with friends for quick meal. Staff friendly enough but food well below standards that you would expect considering it’s location in china town. Had crispy duck that was burned to a crisp. Spring rolls that had no taste and meat platter that had generic taste. Would never go back.

Quick service. Good food. Car park easy and free after 6pm. Opens till wee hours. Would recommend har kau, siu mai and wanton soup as starters with chilli oil. For the main try ma po bean curd dish, roast duck with char siew, beef black pepper, broccoli with garlic and king prawn salt and pepper. View menu

Looks tired on the outside, however was a gem inside. Staff attentive friendly, with a good pace of service. Nice to have the choice of 2 menus, one was traditional chinese fayre. Food was fresh, hot delicious, non greasy even the fried foods. Clean a good temperature. We would definitely return to North Garden when next visiting Liverpool.

Called in on the off chance of a table on a very busy day (Chinese New Year celebrations). Met by friendly, helpful staff who quickly organised a table for us. We chose a set menu and were not disappointed. Food arrived promptly, was hot and tasty couldn’t fault any of it, probably one of the nicest we’ve had in our many years of eating Chinese food! Would definitely recommend will return.

Great service, great food and good house red. My favorite late night Indian restaurant of many years (Asha on Bold street seemed to have closed down so I headed for China town. This place seemed busy (lots of Chinese diners always a good sign so gave it a try. Chicken Sweet Corn soup ok could have been a bit tastier Crispy duck amazing Sweet and sour chicken excellent Service very good ! I’ll visit again! View menu
