Very convenient for a regular journey that we make. Good choice of food particularly like Fresh Food cafe and Chozen Noodles. Toilets are clean. Parking is easy.

modern with a lot of choice for all budgets and in the position to crack everything from cards. fuel in the typically expensive, but services are well designed, and very popular.

The restaurant is nice when all the options are open, but currently only McDonald's is available. It is not very good for a motorway service area, and yet they still charge £30 for overnight parking.

Many thanks to your employee Wendy who really looked after my elderly mother this afternoon. She helped Mum from the car, escorted her to the toilets and escorted her back to the car. Our whole family are eternally grateful.

Toilets clean tidy. Pathways well marked. Ample parking. Quite a number of the table tops at Costa were dirty and marked with spillages and crumbs. Not a good look considering most travelling are essential workers and housekeeping needs to be No. 1 priority during these times.

very nice service station. super disabled. very helpful manager sam found a wheelchair so we can all enjoy the roadhead facilities. very appreciated. service station itself very clean, neat and well heated. with good selection of restaurants. a welcoming place to stop during the 80mph winds and burning rain of winter storm ciara (sun 9 feb 2020) ! our thanks to all road chief norton canes!
