"Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Recommended Dishes: Pizza Corniciello, Fritto Misto --- Review: If you have nut allergies, this restaurant is incredibly accommodating, which is a big plus. I opted for dine-in for dinner and found the overall experience exceptional. The price range of £10–20 per person is very reasonable for the quality of food and service provided. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. The service matched that excellence, also getting a score of 5 out of 5. To top it off, the atmosphere was delightful, earning yet another 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Pizza Corniciello and Fritto Misto; both dishes were absolutely delicious and a highlight of the meal!"

I have to say, that was the best fillet steak I've had for years. Cooked rare to my liking and then some fabulous dark chocolate pudding. Top quality food, warm and welcoming service, great wine choice. Thank you x Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had lunch here with my partner. We had pizzas. I have tried several Italian places around but this one disappointed big times unfortunately. It may have been only the pizzas we ordered but I would not go back or recommend to others. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

"I would first like to start out by saying that this is a gorgeous little cafe, with very friendly staff and great options for everyone. I have been eating at The Orchard for a couple of years, and have loved it. I am plant based, and have always found their vegan options to be brilliant! However, last week I accidentally ate meat for the first time in 6 years due to fault of the chef. Twice in a row, I have visited and ordered a vegan) seitan Reuben sandwich, and have been served the real meat version instead, which I believe contains corned beef traditionally. Luckily for me, the first time this happened, the waitress noticed before I could even eat any, and they replaced it quickly. I understand these things do happen, and am a big believer in second chances, so I went back recently. I ordered the same sandwich, and took 3 mouthfuls before realising something tasted unfamiliar, so I checked inside and found real meat. I was devastated when I realised, and so was the waitress and manager. The manager refunded our total bill, and was incredibly apologetic and mortified that it had happened. I know this wasn't any fault of the front of house staff they listened carefully. I feel like I can't go back, unfortunately, as I can't risk eating meat again. And I'm really sad that's the case, because this was one of my favourite spots to eat and I'll miss it so, so much!! I hate to rate a small business poorly, but I really felt I needed to warn any non meat eaters, as I can only imagine how much more devastating it would be if this happened to someone that gave up meat for religious or allergy reasons. If you eat meat then there's no need to worry, as this place is fantastic otherwise. If the cafe replaces their chef then I would love to come back one day... :"
