"Italian flavors and stardust : The humble exterior of this restaurant overlooking the Palazzo Pitti hides a beautiful suite of dining rooms with simple but elegant furnishings that glorify the Tuscan organic oil since the 16th. century is important for the founder's family. The wine struck a rich Chardonnay from our friendly waiter well paired with the fantastic trio of wine acids I had as an appetizer, while my wife was treated with an interesting symphony for tomatoes and cheese. I then had fried lamb hacking on a bed of greens with anchovy, my wife excellent Gnocchi and my daughter a very beautiful Turbot Filet. Our dinner even had a turn of Hollywood glitter when we had Jurassic Park Star Jeff Goldblum there with his family dinner. Maybe he also reads reviews like ours:"

Premetto che abbiamo deciso di cenare in questo ristorante perché conosciamo l'olio del frantoio santa tea, e volevamo acquistare l'olio nuovo appena prodotto. Quale migliore scusa per provare un ristorante completamente focalizzato sull'olio extravergine di oliva? Oltre all'ottimo olio che già conoscevamo, abbiamo trovato un locale accogliente, personale gentile e professionale e una cucina di ottimo livello, con piatti originali, attenzione ai dettagli e agli equilibri di sapore. Dovete assolutamente assaggiare i fritti, fatti con olio evo. Prezzi in linea con quelli di altri ristoranti in zona, tenete conto che siete proprio in piazza Pitti.
